The Suspension Trainer can be attached to the door opening with a door anchor or to a roof hook, for example. The brackets required for ceiling mounting are not included in the package. The straps are adjustable to a maximum length of 240 cm from the door anchor to the handle. The length of the straps is easy to adjust with quick locks. The handles have separate straps that allow you to place your feet on the tool, allowing for more varied workouts.
A convenient carrying case is included in the package.
