During intense exercises we sweat a lot and produce up to 2 litres of sweat. As we know, sweat contains the vital electrolytes, such as sodium. If we loose and don't replace them, sweating can be the cause for serious body fatigue and dehydration. Go Hydro fights to prevent this!
We suggest to consume Go Hydro tablets 3-4 before the sports activity (500ml water, one tablet), as well as within the last 1-2 hours before the activity (250-500ml water, one tablet).
